Collaboration, Compassion and Empowerment.

I'm Lynda Rosner, a Licensed Behavior Analyst with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals and families. I have been a BCBA since 2007 and have dedicated my career to collaborating, showing compassion, and finding solutions to every problem.

Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I believe that every person and situation is unique, so I actively engage with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster open communication and a shared sense of purpose. By working together, we can create comprehensive treatment plans that address specific needs and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Compassion is essential in the work I do. I understand that behavioral challenges can be overwhelming and emotionally taxing for individuals and their families. That's why I provide a supportive and nurturing environment, where individuals feel understood and valued. Building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy is crucial for promoting growth and positive change.

I firmly believe that there is a solution to every problem. With optimism and resilience, I approach each case, determined to find effective strategies that overcome obstacles. I continuously assess and analyze data, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices to ensure that my interventions are evidence-based and yield measurable results.
